Wranglers Winter Challenge Workshop

Kicking off Friday Evening (August 5th) and continuing on Saturday Afternoon (August 6th) the Melbourne Wranglers will hold The Wranglers Winter Challenge Workshop.
There will be a Special Team Dinner on Friday and Social Brunch on Sunday, and there will be plenty of social time in between to get to know your fellow participants and supporters of this unique event.
Trainer Scott Fernandis will oversee this two day workshop, designed for those who are new to wrestling and also those with some experience in freestyle wrestling as well.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height="50"][/vc_column]

Mitch has kindly donated his time and expertise to assist us as our dedicated Sport Trainer for the day as well. Day Two will focus on standing techniques and will include Specialty Events including a modified Team Challenge to allow participants to gain some valuable experience in learning about the rules and scoring of wrestling in modified tournament style format.
Attendees must be at least 18 years of age, and will sign an injury waiver before getting on the mat. See for yourself what a beginner-level session of wrestling training is like.
The workshop is tailored to be safe, fun, practical and interactive. There will wrestling inspired drills and games to keep you on your toes and guarantee a laugh or two as well.
This workshop will be hosted by members from The Melbourne Wranglers and we are also expecting a contingent of guest visitors from our Sister club the Sydney Silverbacks Wrestling Team.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column]
