Are you looking to keep fit over the training break?

 

If so, we have the right prescription just for you. It’s a series of full-body PT sessions that utilise a combination of high intensity types of resistance training combined and cardio.

 

Starting near the Shrine, Odessa will take us on a Lap of the Tan and through some drills with a focus on balance, stretching and flexibility.

 

Afterwards we will head to the Arcadia Hotel for dinner, Wednesday steak special is a 400g porterhouse for $14.

You must be either a Temporary Member or an Annual Wrestling Member to wrestle. If it is your first time wrestling with the Melbourne Wranglers you will need to fill out a temporary trial membership.
