Wrestling is one of the oldest sports in the world and a core part of mixed martial arts.

 

The Wranglers wrestling program teaches takedowns, takedown defence and positional dominance, allowing you to dictate the flow of the fight in a safe an welcoming environment.

 

Wrestling is also fantastic for developing explosive power, strength, balance and leverage skills.

Membership

You must be either a Temporary Member or an Annual Wrestling Member to wrestle. If it is your first time wrestling with the Melbourne Wranglers you will need to fill out a temporary trial membership.
